Michelle Detki

Michelle Detki currently serves as the Director of Strategic Process Transformation for Global Revenue Operations at HP since November 2023, and previously held the position of Director of Lead to Cash Business Process Management. Prior to HP, Detki worked at Poly from July 2018 to November 2023 as the Director of Channels Finance and Operations. Detki’s extensive career in finance and operations includes significant roles at Polycom, where positions ranged from Director of Channels Finance and Operations to Global Channel Sales Ops Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Service and Support Program Manager at BT from June 2002 to August 2006. Michelle Detki holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University and an MBA in Business Analytics from Texas State University.
