Prakash Arunkundrum

Prakash Arunkundrum is Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at HP Inc. He is responsible for defining HP's long-term strategy and M&A, and leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on AI-driven transformation.

Prakash joined HP in 2025, he brings a wealth of technology leadership with extensive track record transforming organizations through his expertise in product design and innovation, corporate strategy, operational capability development, margin improvement, environmental sustainability, M&A, and building high performance teams.

Prior to this role, Prakash spent a decade at Logitech, serving as President, Logitech for Business and Chief Operating Officer, where he focused on driving Logitech’s transformation in increased valuation, consistent growth, gross margin expansion and higher cash flow through multi-year operational, strategic, customer and product design initiatives.

Prakash holds a Master's in Materials Engineering from University of Maryland and Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from India. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
