Rebecca Livesey

Rebecca joined ASC in 2019 and is responsible for leading its Transformation agenda. For over 20 years she has worked in strategy and leadership roles across Australia and the United Kingdom, leading and facilitating transformation in organisations such as WesTrac, MEC Mining, Aurizon, CS Energy, Westpac, E.ON, and RACQ. She specializes in linking leadership, strategy and culture to drive transformation in organizations.

With a MA in Mathematics from Oxford University, Rebecca brings to the table extensive expertise in strategy development, organisational transformation, decision making frameworks, leadership patterns, behaviour profiling, culture change models and facilitation. She has run her own business as well as held executive roles within organisations, and so recognises the need to be agile and lean in approach.

Rebecca is recognised as a thought leader in organisational leadership and culture and is well-regarded as a professional speaker with a passion for people and diversity.
