Ralf Hoelzer

Ralf Hoelzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and security engineering. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Architecture & Security Engineering at HP since May 2016, Ralf leads teams focused on AWS/Azure Cloud Security, security architecture reviews, security testing, and product security response. Prior to HP, Ralf held various roles at Deloitte, including Distinguished Technologist and Senior Manager, where Ralf built the Cyberthreat Intelligence function. Experience also includes a Technical Director position at Electronic Arts, where Ralf concentrated on incident response, threat intelligence, and cyber strategy. Ralf's foundational roles involved security and privacy services at Deloitte, vulnerability assessments at PwC, as well as earlier positions in networking and software development. Ralf holds an MS in Information Security from Carnegie Mellon University and dual B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Economics from James Madison University.
