Rodolfo Reyes

Rodolfo Reyes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at HP since July 2019, Rodolfo oversees Poly Manufacturing Operations, focusing on the communications industry and hybrid work solutions. Prior to this role, Rodolfo was the Director of Multi-Site Manufacturing Operations at FEMSA, managing operational and financial performance across five manufacturing plants and a distribution center. At Mattel, Inc., from October 2007 to December 2018, Rodolfo held various positions including General Manager of Manufacturing Operations and Director of Tooling & Quality, emphasizing operational efficiency and quality management. Earlier experience includes serving as Quality Coordinator at Navistar Inc. for the Heavy Vehicles Business Unit.
