Jason Morgan

Jason Morgan has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Jason started their career as an Operations Director at Barclays Bank in 2000, where they served until 2004. Jason then became the COO at Barclays Asset & Sales Finance for a year, leading the merger of Sales Finance and Asset Finance. Following that, they worked as the COO at RBS Invoice Finance, where they successfully implemented a flexible operating model and achieved significant market growth. In 2007, they joined RBS Group as the Head of Operations, responsible for credit risk operations across UK Corporate. Jason then served as the Regional Director for RBS/Natwest's South East England division from 2009 to 2013. In 2014, they became the Managing Director of HPC plc before taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2020. In addition to their roles in various organizations, they also served as the President of the British Compressed Air Society (BCAS) from 2018.
