Amit Kumar Singh

Amit Kumar Singh has over 11 years of extensive experience in operations within the chemical engineering sector, specifically focused on low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) processes. Since June 2019, Amit serves as Deputy Manager at HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited, managing LLDPE/HDPE operations. Previously, Amit held the position of Senior Manager in LDPE Operations at Reliance Industries Limited from June 2007 to June 2019, overseeing startup, shutdown, maintenance, and troubleshooting in LDPE plants, along with significant involvement in process hazard analysis and production accounting. Amit's early career included a summer internship in refinery operations at Indian Oil Corporation Limited in 2004. Academically, Amit earned an M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) in 2007 and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Dr. K.N. Modi Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2005.
