Rutuja Naphade

Rutuja Naphade is a professional with a strong background in engineering and strategy, currently serving as Deputy Manager - Strategy at HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited since May 2023. Rutuja previously attended the Indian School of Business as a student from April 2022 to March 2023, and has extensive experience in the technology and process engineering fields, having worked at ADM from July 2016 to April 2022 in various roles, including Technology Engineer and Process Engineer. Earlier internships at Kirloskar Integrated Technologies Ltd., Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, and Navin Fluorine International Ltd. provided foundational industry experience. Rutuja holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology, completed in 2016.
