Currently serving as Technical Services Manager at HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited since March 2024, Sandeep previously held multiple roles at Indian Oil Corporation Limited from June 2008 to March 2024, progressing from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager in Polymer Technical Services, focusing on business development, technical marketing, and regulatory approvals for polymer grades. Earlier, Sandeep worked as an Engineer in Product Application & Development at SUPREME PETROCHEM LTD, specializing in specialty polystyrene. Sandeep holds a B.Tech in Plastics and Polymer Engineering from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, completed in 2005.
