Vikas Mehta

Vikas Mehta has a solid background in HR, with experience working in various companies in different capacities. Vikas currently holds the position of HR Manager at HPCL-Mittal Energy Ltd since October 2010. Prior to this, Vikas worked at Binani Cement Ltd as an Asst. Manager (HR&A) and at J K Cement Works as a Sr. Officer (HRD&RTC). Earlier in their career, Vikas served as a Lecturer at Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies. Vikas holds an MBA in Human Resource from SCDL, Pune, and has also pursued advanced studies in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Additionally, Vikas holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, Mandsaur, and a Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD, New Delhi.
