Sarah Groundwater

Sarah Groundwater is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as the Head of Legal at Lendscape since May 2016, Sarah is a key member of the senior management team, providing business-oriented legal advice and assessing potential legal risks. Prior to this role, Sarah was a Senior Associate at DLA Piper from September 2004 to May 2016, specializing in restructuring and insolvency within the distressed corporate sector, primarily representing asset-based lenders, UK clearing banks, corporate clients, and insolvency practitioners. Sarah holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Course with Distinction from the College of Law, Guildford, as well as a MA in Archaeology from The University of Edinburgh.
