Glyn Finney

Glyn Finney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and Lean transformations across various sectors, including healthcare and military organizations. As the Director and Owner of Castlefirth Limited since August 2014, Glyn has focused on developing improvement strategies that drive performance and growth. Previously, Glyn served as an Executive Partner at HPL PROTOTYPES LIMITED and held significant roles at Simpler Consulting, where leadership in Lean transformations led to notable financial returns for clients. Glyn's expertise also includes operational leadership at Celestica, managing large teams and implementing successful Lean initiatives, resulting in substantial cost reductions and productivity increases. Glyn holds an MSc in Lean Operations from Cardiff University and a First-Class BSc in Physics with Electronics from the University of Staffordshire.
