Laura Hess possesses extensive experience in sourcing operations and event planning, currently serving as Sourcing Operations Manager at HPN Global since January 2017, after progressing through various specialized roles within the company. The Sourcing Operations Team, under Laura's leadership, excels in delivering exceptional customer service to sales associates and industry partners, utilizing proprietary applications and expertise in destination knowledge to identify suitable hotels and venues. Prior to HPN Global, Laura gained valuable experience in the hospitality sector, holding positions such as Food and Beverage Supervisor at Hilton Phoenix Chandler and roles at Native Grill & Wings Franchising. Additionally, Laura operates as an independent event planner and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Tourism from Arizona State University.
