Wayne currently serves as the Regional Sales Manager at HPNow, focusing on driving growth of sustainable and chemical-free hydrogen peroxide solutions in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to this, Wayne held positions at FLI Water, Evoqua Water Technologies, Xylem Water Solutions UK & Ireland, and ERIKS, where Wayne achieved success in growing industrial clients and developing new business opportunities.
