Cynthia has over 32 years of experience building customer-centric training and development programs. She joined HPOne in 2016, transforming the agent training program to include CBT's, video-based training, and engaging, multi-modal classroom learning experiences. Prior to joining HPOne, Cynthia spent 14 years at JPMorgan Chase, improving customer and employee experiences. She is a best-selling author, a Gallup-certified Strengths coach, leadership development expert and motivational speaker. Cynthia graduated from Denison University with a BA in Psychology.
