Milja Vuopio is an Associate at HPP Attorneys since March 2023, specializing in Competition and EU law. Previously, Milja served as Associate Counsel at the Nordic Investment Bank from January 2022 to January 2023, focusing on legal advice for procurement and the drafting and negotiating of various legal agreements. Prior experience includes a role as Project Worker in Procurement at Suomen Kiertovoima ry, where Milja contributed to projects promoting the circular economy, and as a Legal Assistant at Maersk Drilling, NJORD Law Firm, and OP Financial Group. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) from Københavns Universitet and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Tallinn University.
