Philipp Pedevilla

Philipp Pedevilla, PhD, is a seasoned Quantitative Strategist currently serving as Executive Director at HPS Investment Partners, LLC since December 2022, after previously holding the position of Vice President. Prior to this role, Philipp worked at UBS from July 2019 to December 2022, contributing as Director and Associate Director in Quant (Risk Methodology). Philipp's career also includes experience at Deloitte as Manager and Assistant Manager in Risk and Capital Management from July 2017 to June 2019. Philipp holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computational Chemistry from UCL, attained between 2014 and 2017, and also earned two Master of Science degrees in Chemistry from UCL and Universität Innsbruck, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Universität Innsbruck.
