Piero Russo

Piero Russo is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners, LLC since July 2015, with a history of advancement through roles such as Executive Director, Vice President, and Associate. Additionally, Piero Russo holds board membership positions at Superior Silica Sands since September 2020, and previously served on the boards of Spruce Power, Pennsylvania General Energy Company, L.L.C., and Cypress Creek Renewables. Prior to HPS, Piero Russo worked at Goldman Sachs in various roles including Investment Banking Associate and Analyst, as well as in other financial positions at Franklin Templeton and Equus Capital Partners. Piero Russo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School between 2007 and 2011.
