Shant Babikian

Shant Babikian is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners, LLC since March 2014, Shant brings a strong background in mezzanine and distressed investing from a previous role as Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management from July 2008 to February 2014. Additionally, Shant honed financial expertise as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan, focusing on syndicated and leveraged finance from June 2005 to May 2008. Shant holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics and Finance with Honors from Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York, completed in 2006.
