Michael Ganter has a diverse work experience in the flooring industry. michael started their career as the Owner Operator of Creative Flooring from 2002 to 2015. michael then worked as a Technical Sales Representative at Uzin Utz North America, Inc. from 2018 to 2020. Following that, they served as the Installation Manager at Division 9 Flooring, Inc. in 2020. In 2021, they worked as the Great Floors Bellevue Installation Manager at Great Floors and later as a Technical Sales Representative at HPS Schönox. Currently, they are a Board Member at the Flooring Association Northwest starting from 2023. Overall, Michael Ganter has gained experience in various roles within the flooring industry, showcasing their expertise and versatility.

Michael Ganter earned a Bachelor's degree in western washington floor covering apprenticeship from Seattle Community College-South Campus, where they attended from 1997 to 1999.
