Rachel Cheung

Rachel Cheung is a Clinical Pharmacist at HPS since August 2022, with significant experience in rehabilitation, antimicrobial stewardship, and medication safety. Additionally, Rachel serves as a Consultant Pharmacist and Embedded Pharmacist at Choice Aged Care, focusing on residential and home medication management.
