Stephen Dzialo

Stephen Dzialo is a seasoned software engineer with a progressive career in technology. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at HqO since January 2025, Stephen's previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at XPO Logistics, Inc. from May 2021 to November 2024, and Software Engineer at Optum from May 2019 to May 2021, where Stephen also participated in the Technology Development Program. Early in the career, Stephen held a position as Help Desk Consultant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, supporting software issues for students and professors, and interned at Optum and Valley National Bank focusing on information security.
