Prior to this, they worked as a software engineer at HQS Quantum Simulations, where they developed cloud solutions for high-tech quantum-chemical simulation software. Sebastian also has experience working as a C++ software developer at Wildenmann Tools & Services, where they developed a web-based platform for collecting, storing, and processing 360-degree feedback surveys for leaders and employees.
