Ya-ping Su

Ya-ping Su is a healthcare quality improvement professional currently serving as the Director of Quality Improvement & Analytics at Healthcare Quality Strategies, Inc. With extensive experience in designing, leading, and evaluating quality improvement projects, they have a strong grasp of the current healthcare environment and CMS quality initiatives. Previously, Ya-ping held roles as a Research Associate and Statistical Consultant at Lighthouse International, as well as various positions at Purdue University and HQSI, where they developed data-driven strategies and led multidisciplinary teams in successful contract implementations. Ya-ping earned a Ph.D. in Sociology/Gerontology from Purdue University, enhancing their expertise in program evaluation, research, and statistical analysis.
