Gautam Saha is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR at ASG Eye Hospital since June 2023, Gautam leads a remote HR team focusing on organizational design and structure. Prior to this, Gautam held significant positions, including Head Business HR at Indira IVF Group, where responsibilities included scaling international HR partnerships, and Group Head Human Resources at Hansa, emphasizing global HR strategies in diverse sectors. Gautam’s career spans organizations such as India Power Corporation Limited, Brinton Pharmaceuticals Ltd., and Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd., encompassing talents in organizational restructuring, campus hiring, competency mapping, and talent management. Gautam holds an MBA in HR/Personnel Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a B.Sc. with honors in Mathematics from Magadh University.
