Lina Das is currently the Director Learning and Organisation Development at HR Anexi. Previously, Lina held various leadership roles in companies such as CEEI - Catallyst Executive Education Institute, People Interactive, Adecco Group, and more. With a background in Geography, Lina has extensive experience in training, development, and building organizational competencies. Throughout their career, Lina has been involved in designing, implementing, and conducting training interventions focused on enhancing managerial and behavioral competencies.
