Dawn Hardy

Dawn Hardy is an accomplished Senior Project Manager at H&R Block, overseeing multiple projects for retail and client applications since August 2017, including MyBlock Web and MyBlock mobile. Previously, Dawn served as an IT Scrum Master and Project Manager at CenturyLink from January 2008 to August 2017, supporting various Scrum Teams on projects with budgets ranging from $100,000 to $2 million. Dawn also held the position of IT Systems Engineer - Network Infrastructure, focusing on network consolidation and requirements management. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at Adams-Gabbert & Associates, LLC, where Dawn managed requirements gathering and process development for IT and Operations.
