Gina Srivastava is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in managing litigation and providing legal counsel in employment and employee benefits. As Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at H&R Block since July 2004, Gina leads a team of over 15 individuals and oversees the company's records management policies. Prior to this role, Gina served as an Associate Attorney at Spencer Fane Britt & Browne from September 2001 to June 2004 and held law clerk positions at the United States District Court for the District of Kansas and the Missouri Court of Appeals. Gina holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from The University of Kansas.
