Valerie Smith

Valerie Smith possesses extensive experience across various roles, prominently serving as a Launch Manager at Haz Away Today since June 2015, where responsibility includes the launch of a brand new company. Concurrently, Valerie has been a Tax Preparer at H and R Block since January 2002, with 11 years of tax preparation experience. In real estate, Valerie has held positions as a Realtor with WCR since 1999, and previously specialized in property management and realty at Origins Real Estate of Georgia from 2008 to October 2014, as well as at Origins Realty and ReMax Metro Atlanta from 2007 to 2008 and 1999 to 2008, respectively. Valerie's early career includes a managerial role at Starbucks Coffee Company from 1995 to 1999, and as Director of Purchasing at Brunswick Corporation from 1987 to 1992, overseeing procurement for bowling centers and pro shops. Valerie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from DePaul University, earned between 1977 and 1981.
