Kailyn Hamm works as a People Strategist and Talent Placement Strategist at HR Collaborative, where the purpose is to make work better through high-tech and high-touch experiences. Previously, Kailyn held roles as a Human Resources Coordinator at Starbucks and as a Store Manager at Teavana. Kailyn attended Michigan State University for Special Education and Teaching but did not complete their degree.
