Valentina Erhard

Valentina Erhard is an HR-Managerin at HR-Com GmbH since December 2023, responsible for end-to-end recruiting and onboarding, as well as the development of new HR processes. Prior to this role, Valentina served as a Werkstudentin in Human Resources at Silbury Deutschland GmbH from October 2021 to September 2023, where administrative HR processes were supported. Valentina also gained experience as a Praktikantin in Human Resources at HOERBIGER, assisting with operational team tasks and personnel documentation. Earlier, Valentina worked at Sparkasse Oberland from July 2017 to February 2021 as a Finanzberaterin, where customer financial consulting and training coordination were key responsibilities. Valentina's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economic Psychology from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg, completed in September 2023, along with additional qualifications in banking from Sparkassen-Akademie Bayern and training as a Bankkauffrau.
