Jamie Aitken

Jamie Aitken is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for HR.com and as a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council since February 2023. As Vice President of HR Transformation at Betterworks since June 2022, Jamie leads initiatives focused on performance management and employee engagement. Leveraging extensive expertise, Jamie also acts as an Advisory Board Member for Wavemakers and Connectlikeitcounts.com. In addition, Jamie founded Jamie Aitken & Associates, Inc. in April 1999, offering consultancy services in HR and business development. Previous roles include Senior OCM Expert at Rizing and HR Executive Advisor at SAP SuccessFactors. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Ottawa.
