Pamela Koller

Pamela Koller has extensive experience in product management and strategic account management, currently serving these roles at HR.com since 2006. In this capacity, Pamela sources top Subject Matter Experts to contribute to a Talent Acquisition eLearning Series aimed at equipping HR professionals and job seekers with practical resources. Additionally, Pamela acts as a Community Facilitator for the Institute of Human Resources, promoting best practices among industry leaders through research, webcasts, and events. Previously, Pamela was a Regional Sales Director, leading a sales team and assisting clients with marketing and lead generation. Pamela's earlier experience includes managing daily operations at Kelsey’s Neighbourhood Bar and Grill, where a strong emphasis was placed on customer satisfaction and safety standards. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hospitality and Food Administration from the University of Guelph.
