Hạ Phan Headhunt is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as the Founder of JobUp since March 2023 and as the Founder of HR Companion since May 2021. Previously, Hạ held the position of HRBP Manager at KiotViet from March 2018 to April 2021, and was an HR Business Partner at TPBank from April 2016 to March 2018. Hạ began the career as an HR Executive at Viet Phu Invest and managed PR and corporate relations at Trung tâm HNSV & QHDN ĐHTM, where Hạ successfully organized the "Career Week 2013" program. Hạ holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and a Master's degree in the same field from Thuongmai University, complemented by training from Vanto Group in the USA.
