Fran Hastings

Fran Hastings has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Corporate Secretary and previously as Contract & Insurance Manager and Contract Administrator at Humphrey Rich Construction Group, Inc. since November 2005. Prior to this role, Fran worked as a Project Assistant at Smith Management Construction from 1995 to 2005. Fran completed the Contract Management Certificate Program at UC Irvine in 2016, demonstrating a strong foundation in contract management principles.
