Jerome Forde

Jerome Forde began their career as a Court Official at The Labour Court in 1990. Jerome then moved on to work as a Higher Executive Officer in the Civil Service from 1995 to 1997. Following that, they worked as an Industrial Relations Officer at the Workplace Relations Commission from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, Jerome joined AIB as the Head of AIB Group HR Policy and Best Practice, a position they held until 2006. From 2006 to 2013, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Dublin Archdiocese, where they led the provision of HR services for over 200 employers and designed and implemented an HR strategy. Currently, Jerome is the Chief Executive Officer of HR Duo, a company that offers an end-to-end HR solution through the use of smart technology and HR expertise.

Jerome Forde attended Trinity College Dublin from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Organisational Behaviour. In 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Ethics at Dublin City University. Additionally, in 1999 and 2000, Jerome completed a Post Grad Dip in Business Studies with a focus on Business Strategy at the Irish Management Institute.
