Benjamin Rhodea

Benjamin Rhodea has extensive experience as a consultant, specializing in SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software. Benjamin has worked as an independent consultant since 2012, providing expert solutions in HCM and workforce software. In 2013, they joined HR Focal Point as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. In 2016, Benjamin worked as a Senior Implementation Consultant for WorkForce Software, and also worked at GroupeX Solutions as a Sr. Implementation Consultant and as a Workforce Software - Partner Enablement Training Designer. In 2017, Benjamin returned to GroupeX Solutions as a Sr. Workforce Software Implementation Consultant, taking the lead in implementing Workforce Software Time and Attendance for an Energy and Petrochemical Refining company. Benjamin Rhodea earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) with a focus on Human Resources from Bowling Green State University between 1995 and 1999. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include:
