Graham Wong has a diverse work experience in the field of SAP HR and technology consulting. Graham co-founded HR Focal Point, LLC in 2012 and played a key role in completing multiple SAP projects across various industries. Prior to that, Graham worked as an SAP HCM & Technology Consultant at Kiewit, where they also served as a Program Manager for the Australia SAP Project and Data Center Migration. Graham was also a part of an experienced SAP HCM team from HR Focal Point that addressed complex post go-live issues at ULA - United Launch Alliance. At Purdue Pharma, Graham led a remote team in salvaging a failed SAP HCM go-live and expanded the customer relationship to include complete outsourcing of SAP HCM core module support and project work. Graham also provided SAP HCM and technical support services at Maryland General Assembly and RailAmerica. Additionally, Graham held roles as a Technical Advisor and Contributing Editor at Wellesley Information Services and served as an SAP/Technology Consultant at DataCarver Systems, Inc. Graham was also the Program Manager for the ECC Upgrade Project at TIC The Industrial company.

Graham Wong began their education journey in 1989 when they enrolled at the University of Virginia, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce. Graham attended the University until 2003, completing their undergraduate studies. In 1994 and 1995, while still at the University of Virginia, Graham Wong also pursued a Masters of Science degree in Management Information Systems.

Additionally, Graham Wong obtained a certification from SAP Education in THR81 SuccessFactors Employee Central. Furthermore, they received a certification as an SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 2018 from SAP SE.
