John is responsible for the digital transformation of all the operations within HR GO plc and setting the group digital strategy. He aims to make the business more efficient and to improve the experience of both candidates and clients through applying technology to client-facing and back-office systems, infrastructure, and business intelligence.
John oversees our in-house development team, known as HR GO Labs. By building our own software in-house HR GO can offer a flexibility to our teams and clients that can rarely be matched by our competitors. This agility allows us to make changes to our software to meet our clients’ business requirements and has enabled us to win business when pitched against much larger, blue-chip organisations.
