Brycen Snell

Brycen Snell has diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Staff Engineer I at HR Green, Inc. Brycen previously worked as a Project Intern at Kiewit, where they assisted with various projects at the Boeing factory grounds. Prior to that, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Iowa State University, primarily focusing on hydrology in Civil Engineering. Brycen also gained experience as an Engineering Intern II at the City of Cedar Rapids, leading the engineering interns and assisting with inspections and estimates. Brycen has also worked as a Laborer at Cook Fence Company, constructing fences, and held roles as a Civil Engineering Intern I at the City of Cedar Rapids and as an Assistant Manager/Head Guard/Lifeguard/Lesson Instructor at Bowman Woods Swim and Racquet Club. Overall, they have gained a range of skills and experience in engineering, research, construction, and management.

Brycen Snell attended Linn-Mar High School from 2014 to 2018. After completing high school, Brycen pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering at Iowa State University from 2018 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Brycen also obtained certifications in Civil EIT from NCEES in April 2023 and Learning Bluebeam 2019 from LinkedIn in May 2022.
