Jeff McCourt

Jeff McCourt is a Senior Design Technician at HR Green, Inc. since August 2020, specializing in civil design for water resources, including storm water improvement projects and various earthwork designs. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Civil Designer at Bilfinger Industrial Services - USA from February 2008 to April 2020, where expertise involved routing underground utilities and 3D modeling. Jeff also held the position of Civil Designer at Bax Engineering from August 2006 to January 2008, focusing on underground utilities and site layout for residential subdivisions. Earlier roles include Surveying Drafter and Instrument Technician at Cochran Engineering & Surveying and Metts Surveying, where involvement in boundary and topographic surveys was paramount. Jeff holds an Associate's degree in AutoCAD from Vatterott College, earned between 2001 and 2002.
