Karina Garcia

Karina Garcia has a diverse work experience. Karina is currently working as a Human Resources Specialist at HR Green, Inc., starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Intern at the same company from 2022 to 2023. At Latino Business Student Association - California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Karina held various positions. Karina served as the Director of Special Events from 2022 to 2023, responsible for planning and managing events and assisting in fundraising for the club. Karina also held roles as the Director of Academic Affairs and Director of Alumni Relations from 2021 to 2022, and as the Treasurer from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, Karina worked as a Student Assistant at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2022 and 2021.

Karina Garcia completed their high school education at Chaffey High School from 2015 to 2019, earning a High School Diploma. Karina then pursued further education at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2019 to 2023. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services. In addition to their formal education, Karina also obtained a certification in LinkedIn Quick Tips from LinkedIn in April 2020.
