Ruby Kaur

Ruby Kaur, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ruby began their career at Medix™ in 2013 as a Recruitment Advisor, where they focused on building partnerships and providing hiring solutions in the healthcare, scientific, and information technology industries. In 2017, Ruby joined Empower Pharmacy as an HR Generalist, where they collaborated with healthcare practitioners to provide innovative solutions for health and wellness. In 2019, they transitioned to HR Green, Inc. as an HR Specialist, working on civil engineering projects and overseeing construction improvements. Ruby currently holds the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at HR Green, Inc. Ruby has consistently demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition and HR management, contributing to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Ruby Kaur, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Houston in 2011. Ruby has also achieved the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2019.
