Tony Babcock

Tony Babcock is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in project management and construction. Since October 2021, Tony has served as the Iowa Regional Director for Construction and Senior Construction Project Manager at HR Green, Inc. Prior roles include Project Manager/Team Leader at McClure Engineering Company and Project Manager at Nehring Construction, Inc. and Bolton & Menk, Inc. Additionally, Tony has held various engineering positions with Iowa State University, the Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of Des Moines. Tony earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and is currently a PhD candidate in Outdoor Recreation at Stanhope State University.
