Roza Szafranek

Roza Szafranek is the Founder & CEO of HR Hints, a trusted external HR team. Roza is also a Business Mentor collaborating with various organizations. Roza is the Founder & CEO of Culturivy® Institute and hosts the podcast "Ludzie z pracy." As a University Lecturer at multiple universities, Roza teaches Management, Recruitment, Organizational Culture, and Psychology. Roza also authored the first online course on tech recruitment in Poland. Additionally, Roza served as Interim Head of People at Ramp Network, ShopRunner, and JOKR. Roza holds a PhD in Applied Psychology, along with Master's degrees in Applied Psychology and Performance Studies, and a Bachelor's degree in Management.
