Shelly Aguilar Carlin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Editor at D1Softball and Executive Vice President at both the HR Policy Association and the Center on Executive Compensation, Shelly has been instrumental in providing strategic thought leadership and education in human resources. Previous positions include founding Sustaining Excellence, serving as CEO of the American Health Policy Institute, and holding senior roles at Motorola Solutions, Campbell Soup Company, TIAA-CREF, Sears, and BCom3 Group. Shelly holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a BA in Political Science from UCLA.
