Sandra DeStigter is the Founder and CEO of HR-Rethought, a consulting firm based in Kansas City, established in May 2015, providing tailored HR and recruiting services to small businesses. Previously, Sandra worked as a recruiter at Netsmart Technologies and Perceptive Software, engaging with senior leadership to fulfill staffing needs. At Black & Veatch, Sandra served as a Senior Human Resources Associate, supporting staffing initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as Children's Ministry Director at Redeemer Presbyterian Church, Administrative Assistant at Jayhawk Fire Sprinkler Co., Inc., and various internships at Bayer. Sandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from Dordt University.
