Shivani Aggarwal

Shivani Aggarwal started their career in 2001 as an Assistant HR Manager at Vanguard, where they worked until 2003. In 2004, they became the Business Head at HR Solutions, a company offering Manpower Solutions for MNC's and Indian Companies. In this role, they were responsible for executive recruitment, HR policy consultancy, and talent retention. Shivani continues to hold the position of Business Head at HR Solutions.

Shivani Aggarwal attended Cambridge Foundation School for their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. In addition, they obtained a certification in Graduate Studies in Diploma in Entrepreneur Management in April 1996.
