Julie Belloli

Julie Belloli, CAE, currently serves as the Chief Experience Officer at HR Source, where responsibilities include developing a member onboarding campaign and leading the implementation of an online member community. Julie has a robust history in member engagement, having previously held the roles of Director and Manager of Member Engagement, where efforts focused on enhancing member experiences and expanding outreach. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Associate at Continental Premium Corporation, managing client accounts and building relationships, and varied managerial positions at Steak n Shake. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University.
