Kelly Hayden

Kelly Hayden started their work experience as an Attorney at Scariano, Himes and Petrarca, Chtd. in August 1992, where they worked until July 2000. In August 2000, they joined HR Source as an Assistant General Counsel, and later became the Chief Legal Counsel in January 2015. In their role at HR Source, Kelly provides legal representation to members before various state and federal agencies, assists employers with employment procedures and agreements, and drafts and reviews employment policies and handbooks.

Kelly Hayden attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. Kelly then went on to pursue a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
